When to reach out
- Found incorrect or outdated information? If a listed shutdown doesn’t match what’s actually happening in your area, let us know the district and area name so we can check it against the official circular.
- Your area isn’t covered yet? If you’re in a town or locality we haven’t added, tell us and we’ll look into including it.
- Something on the site isn’t working? Broken search, page not loading, wrong details showing up — we’d rather know sooner than later.
- General feedback or suggestions? If there’s something that would make this more useful for you, we’re genuinely open to hearing it.

A quick note
This is an independent, privately run platform and is not an official TANGEDCO or government service. We’re not able to process complaints about actual power outages, request early restoration, or influence TANGEDCO’s maintenance schedules — those need to go through your local TANGEDCO section office. We’re simply here to make the publicly available shutdown information easier to find, and we’re happy to help with anything related to that.
